International Wilderness Leadership School (IWLS)
Welcome to the International Wilderness Leadership School program.
International Wilderness Leadership School (IWLS) and Western State Colorado University have developed a partnership to provide college credit for IWLS courses.
Once a student enrolls in an IWLS course, credit registration is available through Western Extended Studies. Upon successful completion of the course and assignments due, Recreation and Outdoor Education (ROE) credit is awarded. The amount of credit earned is based upon the type and length of the course.
