International Education Through the Extended Studies Department

~~File Study Abroad Orientation Presentation~~

If you are registered or are thinking of registering for a study abroad trip, you must attend the mandatory meeting on Wednesday, April 19th at from 6:00 - 8:30 pm in the North Ballroom.

Western students have the opportunity to study abroad through faculty-led courses to exciting countries around the world. These programs offer ways to experience and explore these environments for a shorter time period, and can supplement regular Western coursework.  On these courses, a Western professor leads his/her students on an immersive learning experience in a region of the world where the professor has expertise. Faculty-led international courses offer students the opportunity to combine cultural activities while studying business topics, environmental issues, art, etc. Students benefit from personal interactions with companies and organizations they would not encounter as a tourist.

Don't miss out on your chance to study abroad through the Extended Studies Department!
