Tues., July 24 check-in time, 4-9 PM in the Mears Hall Lobby on the Western State College of Colorado campus; also, attempt to schedule VO2max + VT + gait analysis prior to check-in for clients arriving earlier in the day (recommended). | |||||||

| 7:00-11:00AM | Long run, 1-4 hrs, includes travel in vans (easy to hard pace with long ascents and descents; single & double track trails from 7700 ft to over 12,000 ft); sport snacks available post run; attempt to schedule VO2max + VT + gait analysis during this time on Thursday + trail run afterward. | |||||||
