Tim, a Gunnison resident and former Western State College cross country and track multiple All-American athlete, will be leading training runs during the week. Tim can do it all - see his most recent accomplishments below. Also, Tim is a great resource for training and racing advice along with an excellent example of perfect running form. He rarely loses a race and won this year's (2009) Pikes Peak Ascent and a week later the Leadville 100 Mile Trail Run (2009). Additionally he qualified for his thrid US Mountain Running team in 2009 and competed overseas against the best trail runners in the world. Needless to say, Timmy is the trail running "speed demon" of the group and hill running guru!
