M.A. in Education Program Costs and Financial Aid

First Year Costs:

  • The cost of the first year of the Master's of Arts Degree in Education,or the licensure year of the program, is based on a program cost. The 2012 program cost is $11,300.

 

Second Year Costs:

  • For the second year of the Master's of Arts Degree in Education, the cost is based on a per credit hour charge. The 2011 per credit hour charge was $350.00
     

Summer Tuition:

  • Summer tuition is NOT covered by summer student financial aid and is due the first day of class.
     

Payment Due Dates and Payment Options:

  • Cashiering and Bill Payment
  • If you need financial support you may be eligible for financial aid; however, graduate students are NOT eligible for the Colorado Opportunity Fund (COF).

Textbook Costs:

Textbook costs vary from year to year and by endorsement area; however, the cost of required textbooks and other resources range from $100 to $350 for the first year of the program.

Rooms in Western residence halls are available and range from $19.50 to $25.50 per night.
