Graduate Education Scholarship
Available to:
Students fully admitted to the Graduate Program in Teacher Education. Must be a degree- seeking student, demonstrate financial need, and must maintain a minimum 3.0 grade point average.

Amount:
8-10 scholarships of up to $1,000 are available to students enrolled in the licensure year of the program. 2-3 scholarships of up to $500 are available to students who have earned their teaching license and are enrolled in courses for MA completion in the student’s desired track.

Application:
Complete and return a copy of the “Graduate Student Scholarship Application”by August 1. Supporting documents required include:
· Two letters of reference attesting to the applicant’s predicted success in the teaching profession
· A letter of application describing how the scholarship would support his or her education and future goals as an educator.
