The Anthropology Program at Western State Colorado University is strongly field oriented

An important way the anthropology program at Western State Colorado University emphasizes its strong field orientation is through field trips (ANTH 369) offered every semester. In addition to promoting cultural preservation and education, the field trips provide a tremendous opportunity to visit and explore the many famous sites and cultural areas discussed in class.
