Transfer/Additional BA Registration Information
How to Register for Classes
STEP 1
- Have you received your transfer evaluation? This will be emailed to you and will contain your previous courses and how they will transfer into Western.
- You can still make your appointment even if you have not yet received your transfer evaluation.
- Please check your spam folder if you believe you should have received your transfer evaluation.
- Schedule a phone registration appointment with an academic advisor.

STEP 3

Review your registration materials after you have made an appointment. This will guide you through how to prepare for your registration appointment.
STEP 4
- If you are a Colorado resident, apply for the COF (College Opportunity Fund) stipend at http://cof.college-assist.org/cofapp/cofapp/Default.aspx. For more information about COF, visit http://collegeincolorado.org.
STEP 5
- Log into your Inside Western account BEFORE your registration appointment.
Go to http://western.edu/inside/students
- Click on College Services/WOL
- Sign in with your user name (i.e. stu123456) and your password. (Your temporary password was mailed to you)
- Check out DegreeWorks while in your Inside Western account, as this will be used during your registration appointment.
STEP 6
- Pay your $200 tuition deposit before your registration appointment. Call the Cashier's Office to pay over the phone at (970) 943-3003.
