Check out WSCU's 2010 award winning National Wildlife Federation Chill Out video! Students, faculty and staff worked together to produce the 2-minute video that features the College's move to a "closed-loop" food system. Campus Dining Services will soon be using an "earth tub" to compost food waste from campus dining facilities, which will be used in the College's community garden. It is hoped that over time, Campus Dining Services will be able to use food grown in the community garden and planned campus greenhouse.
